What's the difference between OpenStick T1 and S1?​

T1 and S1 are different models of light painting wands. Please refer to their respective product documentation for details. Documentation is being updated.

What image formats does the light painting wand support?​

Light painting wands typically support BMP format. You can use the online tool to convert regular images to BMP format.

How do I upload images to the light painting wand?​

Two methods available:

  • WiFi Upload: Turn on the wand's hotspot, connect your phone or computer to it, then upload images via browser
  • USB Upload: Connect the wand to your computer, then copy BMP files to the image folder on the SD card or internal storage

Can I program the light painting wand myself?​

The OpenStick series supports secondary development. You can write custom firmware and effects using most mainstream IDEs.

Are accessories compatible across different wand models?​

Some accessories are universal, while others are model-specific. Please refer to the compatibility notes in the accessory documentation.
